Connecting Cardiac Science’s Burdick(R) and Quinton(R) brand ECG, exercise stress, and Holter devices with Greenway’s PrimeSuite solution will help physicians to streamline the diagnostic cardiology workflow in their offices, eliminating a source of data transcription errors and providing the physician with a unified view of patient diagnostic data. With HeartCentrix ECG informatics, physicians have immediate access to electronically view or edit a patient’s test results and later retrieve the data from PrimeSuite.
“With the success of this connectivity solution, Greenway(R) customers with Burdick and Quinton brand ECG, stress and Holter devices will now be able to significantly enhance the workflow associated with ordering and reviewing patient tests,” said Greg Newman, director, product management, Cardiac Science Corporation. “The combination of our respected cardiac monitoring products with Greenway’s leading electronic health record (EHR) solution enables us to offer physicians an extremely efficient, easy and timely means to access critical patient information.”
“By implementing interoperability between PrimeSuite and HeartCentrix ECG informatics, physicians will be impressed with the efficiency and functionality PrimeSuite adds to their practice and daily workflow,” added Justin Barnes, vice president of marketing and government affairs for Greenway. “Many of our customers rely on Burdick and Quinton diagnostic devices, and we are pleased that they can bring these devices onto their PrimeSuite integrated platform to improve patient care, patient satisfaction and practice revenue.”
