On 23 May 2013, BTG plc (BTG), the specialist healthcare company, announced that it had entered into an agreement to buy the Targeted Therapies division of Nordion, Inc. (the Acquisition).
BTG is pleased to announce that completion of the Acquisition occurred on 13 July 2013 as planned.
BTG shareholders voted in favour of the Acquisition at the General Meeting on Thursday 11 July 2013.
