The advantages of the MicroThermX® system were the focus of two scientific presentations at the WCIO meeting. The WCIO meeting is the most comprehensive international meeting focused on the use of minimally invasive therapies for the treatment of cancer. The use of microwave ablation as the preferred minimally invasive treatment for cancer was the dominant focus of the meeting.
