Bristol-Myers Squibb Company to Cut 3 Pct of Work Force

Wall Street Journal -- Drug maker Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. said Thursday it plans to reduce its work force by about 3% in the next six months, to cut costs and create a "more agile" organization.
