Brightline’s Executive Director Ricardo Vargas says, “Brightline welcomes Insper as an academic and research partner in 2019. This is Brightline’s first partnership in Latin America, reinforcing our global community of organizations and leaders that are working to close the strategy implementation gap.”

Dr. Edivandro Conforto, Head of Strategy Research at Brightline, highlights that “this study with Insper will advance the understanding of the emergence of the CSO role and build our understanding of leaders responsible for implementing the strategy in large organizations.”

David Kallas, Director of the Center for Business Studies at Insper, coordinator of the study says, “It is an honor to be part of this team. This research will help us to shed light on such an important theme, especially because there is a lack of rigorous and updated studies on strategy execution in Brazil.”

Carolina da Costa, Vice President and Dean of Undergraduate Programs at Insper, reinforces that “this is an excellent opportunity to disseminate relevant knowledge to organizations. It is possible because we have the right partner.”
