Boston Scientific Corp. has sued a former salesman of cardiac rhythm products, claiming he was overpaid $200,605 due to an “administrative error.”
The lawsuit, filed in U.S. District Court in Minnesota by the Natick, Mass.-based medical technology company, claims Michael McCormick has already received 90 percent of his guaranteed commission for 2010 and 2011.
