(Nasdaq: BLUE) today announced the closing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of 3,892,308 shares of its common stock, including 507,692 shares of common stock sold pursuant to the underwriters’ full exercise of their option to purchase additional shares, at a public offering price of $162.50 per share.
Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, BofA Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Cowen acted as joint book-running managers and Wells Fargo Securities acted as co-manager of the offering. The total gross proceeds from the offering (before deducting underwriters’ discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses) are approximately $632.5 million.
