Biotech’s Big S.F. Convention BIO Won’t Slow Moscone Center Expansion

Crews won’t slow their work expanding the Moscone Center for the biotech industry convention’s return to San Francisco for the first time in a dozen years.

The Biotechnology Innovation Organization is expected to attract 15,000 people on June 6-9 from more than 70 countries. It will have a local economic impact of $22 million, according to a BIO official.
