Biotechnology company consulting firm Regulus Pharmaceutical Consulting Inc. is expected to grow after parent Clinipace Worldwide said it received $15 million in capital this week. Boulder-based Regulus helps biotechnology and medical device companies with strategies to get their products and devices approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Regulus could expand to about 25 people in the next year from its current 15, said Bud Owen, chief financial officer of Clinipace Worldwide. "The Boulder office - their business has expanded pretty significantly even in the last six months," Owen said. "It's really a great complement to our business."
