STOCKHOLM, Sweden--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Regulatory News: With the objective to increase the company’s financial flexibility, the Board of Directors of Biotage AB (STO:BIOTA) has resolved to propose an increase in unappropriated funds through a reduction of the company’s statutory reserve with SEK 842.180.000 for appropriation to a non-restricted reserve. Accordingly, the Board of Directors has resolved to summon an extraordinary general meeting, which will consider the proposed reduction of the statutory reserve.
