MAINZ, Germany, Feb. 03, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- BioNTech SE (Nasdaq: BNTX, “BioNTech” or “the Company”) announced today, that it has filed a registration statement on Form F-1 with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) to offer 6,000,000 American Depositary Shares (“ADSs”) representing its ordinary shares. In addition, BioNTech intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 900,000 of ADSs in connection with the offering. The offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.
