Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc. Announces Completion of Exchange Offer

HERCULES, CA--(Marketwire - February 04, 2010) - Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc. (NYSE: BIO) and (NYSE: BIO.B), a multinational manufacturer and distributor of life science research and clinical diagnostics products, today announced that it has completed its offer to exchange (the "Exchange Offer") up to $300 million aggregate principal amount of its 8.00% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2016 that have been registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, for any and all of its outstanding 8.00% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2016 that were issued in a private placement (the "Private Notes"). All of the outstanding $300 million aggregate principal amount of the Private Notes were tendered and received prior to the expiration of the Exchange Offer at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on February 4, 2010.
