Fullerton, Calif. (October 24, 2006) – Beckman Coulter, Inc. introduces two new IOTest® Anti-Rat flow cytometry reagents for lymphocyte phenotyping in preclinical immunotoxicology applications. These new conjugated monoclonal antibodies are three-color combinations, providing more information with less sample than one- or two-color offerings. The two new products are Anti-Rat CD3-FITC / CD4-PC7 / CD8-APC, for T-Cell subpopulation phenotyping, and Anti-Rat CD3-FITC / CD45RA-PC7 / CD161a-APC, for T- / B- / NK-Cell population phenotyping. They are standardized, easy to handle, validated and manufactured under cGMPs.
