BANNOCKBURN, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Baxalta Incorporated (NYSE: BXLT) announced today the pricing of its previously announced secondary public offering of 63,823,582 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $37.75 per share. Baxalta is not selling any shares and will not receive any proceeds from the sale of the shares in the offering or the debt-for-equity exchange (as described below). The offering is expected to close on March 21, 2016, subject to customary closing conditions.
