COPENHAGEN, Oct 14 (Reuters) - Danish hearing aid maker William Demant Holding (WDH.CO) raised its bid for U.S. hearing aid firm Otix Global (OTIX.O) to $64.2 million, matching rival GN Store Nord's (GN.CO) bid earlier in the week.
