Tufts Health Plan today unveiled the region’s first HSA (Health Savings Account), for small business owners struggling to provide comprehensive health insurance benefits to their employees in a cost effective manner. The HSA option will be offered with Liberty by Tufts Health Plan, powered by Destiny Health, to small businesses with fewer than 10 employees through a unique partnership with three Massachusetts intermediaries - the Small Business Service Bureau, Inc., Massachusetts Business Administration and Northeast Business Trust.
