A new business consulting firm has launched, seeking to build on the momentum of new business growth in Indiana in recent years. The Executive Consortium, or TEC, was launched to provide guidance and expertise aligned to meet the expectations of growing businesses in Indiana.
“Winning in business requires timing and delivering value”, states Steven Ramos, a TEC managing director. “And not just in growth industries, but all business. Organizations must be nimble to take advantage of opportunities and stay ahead of challenges. They need to be quick, and need to deliver excellence. So in turn, they demand the same from their vendors. We built TEC to be the consulting business most aligned with those needs.”
Carolyn Tinsley, another TEC managing director, elaborates. “We know how to grow business in Indiana, and have successfully navigated the waters of change. Each of us has been a C-suite executive, so we’re keenly aware of what services are available, and more importantly, what we demanded while in those roles.” TEC partner experience ranges from Fortune 500 firms like IBM to small, innovative tech and medical startups.
With that lofty objective, TEC markets a lofty promise - “Experience, Expertise, Excellence”. Asked to explain, Joerg Schreiber, another TEC managing director, offers, “Each of us has a minimum of 20 years’ corporate experience, including C-suite roles. More significantly, each of us has been a strategic driver of growth and change across a multitude of disciplines, so we provide great expertise to help companies with their challenges.”
