Tetlow has a strong track record as a catalyst for growth of early-and-mid stage services, drug development, and medical technology companies in both management and investor roles. His experience includes strategic planning, successful growth and risk mitigation in early stage companies, merger & acquisitions, as well as corporate and board leadership.

Tetlow was most recently VP of Business Development with Calvert Research where he was instrumental in setting the strategic direction of the firm’s drug compounds and technologies. Prior, Tetlow was a full time Partner with Research Triangle Ventures, where he led the full cycle of life science investing which included serving as Executive Chairman of Gentris Corporation as well as managing the firm’s investment in Tranzyme Pharma, among others.
Tetlow has a Bachelor’s of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (honors) and a MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School (honors).
