DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Representative Bernie Buescher (D-Grand Junction), Chairman of the Colorado General Assembly’s Joint Budget Committee (JBC), is providing the keynote address at the Colorado BioScience Association (CBSA) Annual All-Member Meeting today at the University Club in Denver. The announcement is made by Jack Wheeler, Founder of MicroPhage, Inc., and chairperson of the CBSA Board of Directors, who says Rep. Buescher will give an overview of the Legislature’s 2008 session, including passing of HB 1001 which will put $26.5 million into Colorado bioscience initiatives over the next five years.
