Parsons announced today the acquisition of Process Facilities Inc. (PFI), a privately held firm based in Boston, Massachusetts. PFI will become a part of Parsons Commercial Technology Group (PARCOMM), a business unit of Parsons Corporation. PARCOMM provides program management, design, procurement and construction management services to technology industries including pharmaceutical and biotechnology.
