(BULLETIN BOARD: MSSI) , a provider of long-term medical personnel, homeland security and technology services to federal, state and local government agencies as well as the private sector, announced today the appointment of Vlad Mitchev as executive consultant for finance and accounting and, effective September 15, 2004, as the company's chief financial officer.
Vlad served as chief financial officer of AllCom, Inc., a wireless telecommunications provider in Anchorage, AK. He has held executive management positions with various companies since 1993 and has also served as a finance and management consultant for a number of other companies in the U.S., including government service contractors, technology service providers and financial consulting companies. He holds a masters degree from the University of Metz, France.
