Medlogics Device Corp., a Santa Rosa, Calif.-based developer of technology for coating drugs onto the metal of medical stents, is raising a $30 million Series D round to be led by UBS AG, according to VentureWire. Return backer Essex Woodlands Health Ventures is also participating.
