Medicis (NYSE:MRX) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarter-end cash dividend of $0.03 per issued and outstanding share of its Common Stock payable on October 29, 2004, to stockholders of record at the close of business on October 1, 2004. This represents a 20% increase as compared to the Company’s previous quarter-end dividend.
