ONTARIO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 11, 2006--Medegen LLC, (www.medegen.com) a leading provider of medical devices and components to the healthcare industry today announced that it has entered into an agreement to sell its Medical Products division to Medical Action Industries Inc. (Nasdaq:MDCI - News), a publicly-held supplier of medical and surgical disposable products.
Medegen Medical Products develops, manufactures and markets disposable medical-surgical products focusing on patient care and laboratory products. It is the nation’s leading supplier of patient utensil products.
