The meeting will be held at 3:00 pm, local time at the Conrad Hilton Hotel, Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin 2, Ireland. Shareholders of record at the close of business on January 10, 2014, are entitled to receive notice of the meeting and will be eligible to vote.
