OTTAWA, Ontario--(BUSINESS WIRE)--BioTalent Canada today announced a new partnership with executive search firm, Lock Search Group, to address talent recruitment challenges facing companies in Canada’s biotechnology sector.
According to BioTalent Canada’s labour market report, Sequencing the Data, over 50% of Canadian biotechnology companies are experiencing a shortage of skilled labour, with over 26% citing “competition for qualified candidates” as a significant challenge. Furthermore, over 22% struggle to find talent quickly enough.
