Amsterdam, April 13, 2005. Life Sciences Partners announced today that it has cofounded and led a € 1.5 million Series A private equity financing of DNage, a privately held company developing therapeutics for aging related diseases from Rotterdam (The Netherlands). Life Sciences Partners co-founded DNage and as such was instrumental in installing the management team, forming the business proposition and spinning the company out of the University. Inventages Venture Capital from Switzerland also invested in the new company.
