In her new role, Ms. Eddy will oversee the finance, human resources, and information technology departments at BioConvergence. Ms. Eddy brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to BioConvergence that will contribute to its continued growth and success.
Ms. Eddy has over 25 years of experience in finance with a concentration in taxation. In her most recent position as Director of Federal Tax and Global Tax Process with Eli Lilly and Company and its subsidiaries her responsibilities included Sarbanes Oxley compliance, mergers and acquisitions, income tax compliance, tax accounting and tax issue resolution. She also provided oversight for the management and planning of global tax processes including the tax research library and tax software. Ms. Eddy received her BA degree from Franklin College of Indiana and her MBA degree from Indiana University.
