CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 3, 2005--GE Commercial Finance Healthcare Financial Services has provided $29.2 million in fixed rate financing to Royal Senior Care, a North Miami Beach, Fla.-based private company that owns and operates seven senior housing communities throughout the southeastern United States under the name Royal Gardens Senior Living.
