BASEL, Switzerland, July 19 (Reuters) - Swiss drugmaker Roche Holding AG (ROG.VX: Quote, Profile, Research) will replace its Chief Executive Franz Humer with its diagnostics chief Severin Schwan in March 2008, the company said on Thursday.
