(NASDAQ:CHDX), an independent American provider of Western healthcare products and medical services in the People’s Republic of China, today announced results for the quarter ended June 30, 2004. The Company will report a 31% increase in revenues over the same quarter of the prior fiscal year, including increased revenue in each of its three divisions. The Company will also report a more than $2 million improvement in its income from operations over the periods.
