FALLS CHURCH, Va., Oct. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Axiom Resource Management, Inc., announced today that the company had been awarded a two-year contract to provide staff support to the TRICARE Management Activity (TMA) Office of Administration (OA). TRICARE is the health program of the Department of Defense, providing healthcare to more than 9 million service personnel, retirees, and eligible family members. TMA administers the TRICARE program.

The Office of Administration provides general administrative support to all TMA offices. It also provides facilities and telecommunications management support, safety and information services, and human resource management.
Axiom's team of OA specialists will analyze TMA administrative staffing requirements and workflow patterns, recommending improvements to strengthen facilities and telecommunications management and security. In addition, Axiom will support staff recruitment, develop position descriptions and instruments for annual evaluations.
