ALLEN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Board of Directors of Atrion Corporation (Nasdaq: ATRI) today declared a quarterly dividend of 20 cents per share on its outstanding shares of Common Stock. This dividend will be payable on March 30, 2007 to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 15, 2007.
