EAST LANSING, Mich., Aug. 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- American Physicians Capital, Inc. (APCapital) today announced the re-election of a current director and the election of three new directors to its Board. Thomas R. Berglund, M.D., a current director, was re-elected, and new directors Daniel L. Gorman and D. Joseph Olson were elected with terms expiring in 2007. R. Kevin Clinton, president and chief executive officer of APCapital, was also elected as a new director with a term expiring in 2006.
The board members were elected at the company’s 2004 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, which was held today at 10:00 a.m. EDT at the APCapital headquarters in East Lansing.
