Monteris Medical (Plymouth, MN) is releasing its 3.0 Tesla-compatible AtamA head coil and and neck stabilization system that allows convenient MRI imaging during neurosurgeries. The device works as a both an MRI coil and a head and neck stabilization system. It is the only device of its kind that allows the patient to be moved between an operating table and MRI machine while keeping the head completely secure.
