AstraZeneca PLC (Jobs) to Shed 300 UK Marketing Jobs

Pharmaceutical giant AstraZeneca is to axe 300 jobs from its UK marketing division, following a review of its activities. It follows a decision taken in February to cut 700 manufacturing jobs over the next three years at its Macclesfield plant.
