Tokyo (JCN) Nov 30, 2005- Astellas Pharma announced on November 29 that it has filed a lawsuit against Toyo Pharmar and Aska Pharmaceutical for infringement on Astellas’ patents on tamsulosin hydrochloride in the Tokyo District Court. The suit seeks monetary damages and an injunction of infringing products, namely Restream Capsules 0.1mg/0.2mg currently marketed by the two respective companies.
