New Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) Rules: 10 Important Revisions
BLR -- The Department of Labor has released final regulations covering the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and addressing new military family leave entitlements for employees. The department says that many of the revisions were designed to clarify the requirements that the FMLA imposes on both employees and employers and to improve the communication between employers and employees.
