ROCKVILLE, Md., Dec 5 (Reuters) - An Allergan Inc glaucoma drug is safe and effective enough to be approved for cosmetic use to lengthen and thicken eyelashes, but more study is needed after it reaches the market, a U.S. advisory panel ruled on Friday.
