CLC bio and BIOBASE Biological Databases Integrate Genome Informatics Framework with Genome Trax Database

PROVIDENCE, R.I.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--At the "NGx: Evolution of Next Generation Sequencing" conference in Providence, Rhode Island, CLC bio and BIOBASE together launched a new plug-in for CLC bio's new framework for visualizing, combining and analyzing genome data, Genomics Gateway, which integrates the human-curated biological databases contained in BIOBASE's Genome Trax™, including TRANSFAC® and HGMD® Professional.
