The biotech company MediGene AG (Frankfurt, Prime Standard: MDG) announced that Chief Financial Officer Alexander Dexne will leave the company as from May 31, 2007. Alexander Dexne has been Chief Financial Officer of MediGene AG since May 2002. He has accepted a new position outside the biotech industry.
