TORONTO, Sept 24 (Reuters) - Shares of Canadian biotech company SemBioSys Genetics Inc (SBS.TO) tumbled more than 62 percent on Friday after it said it was considering offering itself up for sale or merger, embarking on a major restructuring, or winding down its business.
