WASHINGTON, Aug. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Susan G. Komen for the Cure's 10th Annual Mission Conference, Ignite the Promise, will take place Aug. 26-28 at the Marriott Crystal Gateway Hotel near Washington, D.C. More than 1,000 participants, including breast cancer survivors and activists, breast health professionals, research scientists and political leaders will shed light on current trends in breast cancer research, highlight superior outreach and education programs and engage in dialogue about cancer's place on the national agenda.
