VALLEY FORGE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Board of Directors of AmerisourceBergen Corporation (NYSE: ABC) today increased the Company’s quarterly dividend rate 17 percent to $0.34 per common share from $0.29 per common share.
The quarterly dividend of $0.34 per common share will be payable December 1, 2015, to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 16, 2015.
