The Board of Directors of AmerisourceBergen Corporation (NYSE: ABC) today increased the Company’s quarterly dividend rate 23 percent to $0.29 per common share from $0.235 per common share.
The quarterly dividend of $0.29 per common share will be payable December 1, 2014, to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 17, 2014.
