(Nasdaq: ALTH) announced today the closing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of 12,420,000 shares of newly issued common stock at a public offering price of $5.64 per share. The number of shares issued includes 1,620,000 shares purchased by the underwriters pursuant to their exercise in full of their overallotment option.
