DUBLIN--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Alkermes plc (NASDAQ: ALKS) today reported financial results for its third quarter of fiscal 2012, which ended on Dec. 31, 2011. The third quarter results reflect the first full quarter of the combined company, Alkermes plc (Alkermes), following the completion of the merger of Alkermes, Inc. with Elan Drug Technologies (EDT) on Sept. 16, 2011.
