Alexion Pharmaceuticals Inc. 4Q Profit Drops Without Tax Benefit

CHESHIRE, Conn. (AP) — Alexion Pharmaceuticals Inc. said Thursday its profit shrank 89 percent in the fourth quarter as a tax benefit worth more than $200 million came off its books.
