CAMBRIDGE, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Agios Pharmaceuticals, Inc. today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 5,888,888 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $18.00 per share, before underwriting discounts. All of the shares in the offering are being sold by Agios. In addition, Agios has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 883,333 additional shares of common stock from Agios at the public offering price, less the underwriting discount. Agios’ common stock has been approved for listing on the NASDAQ Global Select Market and is expected to begin trading under the ticker symbol “AGIO” on July 24, 2013.
