SANTA CLARA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Agilent Technologies Inc. (NYSE: A) today announced it is offering, subject to market and other conditions, a series of senior notes. Agilent intends to use the proceeds from the offering to repay its outstanding Senior Notes due July 15, 2013, and for general corporate purposes, including payment of costs associated with its previously announced targeted restructuring program and to repurchase outstanding shares of its common stock pursuant to its existing stock repurchase program.
